Small Van Vehicle Capacity?
Small vans can either move envelopes to parcels to a single pallet, If a pallet movement is required and pending on the small type of van used, it’s important to understand what is possible with a pallet service:
- Standard Pallets is = L120cms x W120cms
- Euro Pallet is = L120cms x W80cms
- Maximum weight is = no more than 150kgs
Small Van - Collections are limited on the loading of the said pallet, if you have a fork-lift to load the finished pallet then, all the better + a fork-lift for unloading, however; a fork-lift may not be required at the delivery point if the pallet can be hand-balled off or the stacked parcels on the pallet are under 30kgs each i.e. a one-man lift item
Small Van – The main thing to consider is the small vans inside wheel arches, If the given pallet can be loaded with these in mind then, you do not have a problem however; if they cannot seriously consider a larger pallet movement service
